Here at Beaver Creek Properties & Realty, we work hard to ensure a safe, healthy experience for our guests. With COVID-19 being our reality, we have upped our attention to detail even more to keep you and your family safe.
After every check out, all of our homes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by our dedicated housekeepers before the next arrival. We sanitize and disinfect surfaces, and put special attention to our high-touch areas such as countertops, light switches, lamps, and kitchen & bathroom fixtures. Your family’s wellbeing and safety during these uncertain times is our top priority.
• Bedding – All of our linens are laundered before your arrival. Upon every departure, linens are stripped from all beds, professionally laundered, and beds are re-made with fresh, clean linens.
• Towels – Our towels are also professionally laundered, and you will have a fresh towel package including towels, hand towels, and washcloths for the amount of people your unit can sleep.
• Cleaning Products – Our housekeeping team utilizes high-quality cleaning chemicals to properly clean and then sanitize any of the high-touch areas.
During this time, we have also been allowing for contactless check ins & check outs due to social distancing. All of our homes use keypads in lieu of physical keys, and our reservationist will inform you of your entry code upon booking. For more questions, please contact us at (989) 882-1322.
