Frequently Asked QuestionsAbout Beaver Creek Properties & Realty Vacation Homes
Is the condo or cabin I see on the internet the one I get?
Yes, unlike other companies, we rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. We believe that this is the only way you will be happy with your accommodation.
Can I bring my pet with me?
We do have a few pet friendly units on the property, and if you choose to bring a pet into a pet friendly unit, there will be a pet fee of an additional $15/per night. Make sure to mention to our reservationist if you are interested in bringing a pet, and we will do our best to accomodate you. You can view all of our pet-friendly cabins on this page.
What is provided in my rental?
Our homes and condos are fully furnished and equipped with everything you should need during your stay. Every kitchen will have a stove/oven combo and fridge, as well as a microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. All linens and bath towels are provided as well as all ample pots & pans, dinnerware, glassware, and utensils in the kitchen. We provide dish soap in the kitchen and bar soap in the bathroom, though we do not supply other toiletries. We provide the inital supply of toilet paper and garbage bags, though for an extended stay you may want to bring extra.
Is this a time share offer?
We are not in any way affiliated with a time share. These homes and condos are owned by individuals and we manage them on their behalf for the rental program.
Are you affiliated with Outdoor Adventures?
No. While Outdoor Adventures owns the campground and the resort itself, and we are on the property, Beaver Creek Properties & Realty is it's own company. We are not member exclusive, so we rent to the public. Any bookings for our cabins must be made through our website or by calling our reservationist at (989) 882-1322.
If you are interested in camping, or have questions pertaining to memberships for the campground through Outdoor Adventures, you would need to contact Outdoor Adventures & Venture Out Resorts at their home office (989) 671-1125, or can visit their website www.outdooradventuresinc.com for more information.
